Town Meeting & Voting

For 2021 ONLY, Charleston Town & School District Meeting will be conducted by Australian ballot. There will not be a meeting at Charleston Elementary. Current Vermont health and safety guidelines prevent a gathering large enough to welcome all voters. Vermont Selectboards have temporary legal authority to make this decision for 2021 only.

What’s different for Town Meeting 2021

  • Candidates must submit a Consent of Candidate form to the Town Clerk by Jan 25th at 3pm.
  • Town Reports were mailed to all voter households. Also available for pick up at the Town Clerk’s.
