Taxpayers may obtain the booklets, including tax forms and instructions, in one of the following ways:

o Find forms and instructions online at www.bit.ly/vttaxforms

o Order by email at tax.formsrequest@vermont.gov

o Order by phone at 802-828-2515 or 855-297-5600 (toll-free in the US)

o Leave your name and complete address on the order form at the town clerk and/or library and they will email list to Tax Department

Taxpayers may also file the following online at www.myvtax.vermont.gov: Homestead Declaration, Property Tax Adjustment, Renter Rebate, and Landlord Certificate. This is also where taxpayers will find the “Where’s My Refund” service.
